The beachfront location made my mornings magical as I sipped coffee while soaking in the stunning views! The outdoor swimming pool was the perfect spot to cool off after a sun-filled day. Plus, the sun loungers were my comfy retreat for lazy afternoons of reading and relaxing!

The location is prime. Right on the beach, with an excellent view from the patio. The flyover from the nearby airbase in the morning added a unique touch. Spacious room with a decent kitchenette. The staff at check-in were friendly and efficient. maintenance needs attention. Roaches and a leaking shower detracted from the experience. Checkout at 10 AM feels rushed; 11 AM would be more appropriate. Clean linens should be a given, yet they were overlooked after our request. Elevators are painfully slow, and my initial room access was a hassle due to overbooking—a major inconvenience. The outdated furnishings need immediate upgrades. With some improvements, this place could truly shine.

The king suite on the 6th floor offered a fantastic layout. Comfortable beds made for a good night’s sleep, though the pillows were too firm for my liking. The noise levels varied—mostly quiet, except for the occasional loud neighbors. Temperature control was efficient, keeping the room just right. Staff were quick when we requested extra towels. cleaning services were inconsistent; I had to ask for essentials like toilet paper. The balcony had a lovely view but carried lingering odors from the nearby smoking. the comfort was satisfactory, but improvements in housekeeping would enhance the experience.

The room was filthy, with a strong smell of urine, broken drawers, and only one bath towel. Plus, the elevator barely worked. It was such a letdown that I just had to leave early.

I stock up on camping gear for memorable outdoor adventures, tents, and cozy hammocks for extreme conditions. I feel like a pro with my high-powered torches and gas lanterns. I love exploring the great outdoors; it's a peaceful escape.
Trip was ruined by dirty rooms and unhelpful staff.

During my Christmas stay, the updated facility was impressive, and most of the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great, with easy access to the beach and nearby shops/restaurants. complimentary coffee and water in the lobby were a nice touch.
The cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. The elevator and room had unpleasant smells, the floor was dirty, and towels had to be requested multiple times.

Nestled right by the crystal-clear waters of Panama City Beach, it offered a tranquil oasis for our bustling family. Waking up to the gentle sound of the waves, we were always geared up for a day of sandy adventures and salty fun.
My wife says that a children's play area would have been a fantastic addition for family guests.

Located right on the beachfront with all rooms having beachside balconies, offering stunning views. The friendly staff was helpful and accommodating during our stay. The room was clean, providing a comfortable space for relaxation after a day out.
The building is in need of maintenance with various issues such as missing latchplates on balcony doors and malfunctioning electronics. We experienced cleanliness issues such as dirty floors and stained linens.

The location was fantastic, right by the beach and close to various attractions. We enjoyed the balcony view and the convenience of having a kitchen in our suite. The beds and linens were clean and comfortable. there were several issues that dampened our stay. The air conditioning in our room was not functioning properly, and despite attempts to fix it, we were left with a broken unit. The lack of blankets and the presence of black mold on the ceilings were concerning. The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, with sand on the floor and dirty stairwells. the limited seating in the living room area was inconvenient for our group of six. The outdated TVs and the broken towel holder in the bathroom were minor but noticeable drawbacks. The overall condition of the hotel, from the run-down walls and doors to the slow and hot elevators, was disappointing. while the Holiday Terrace Beachfront Hotel has its positives such as the beachfront location and spacious suite amenities, the maintenance and cleanliness issues detracted from the overall experience.
